Be still.

Listen gently.

Feel your breath moving in and out,

in… out… in… out…

Gentle, soft

and if it’s not just notice that.

No need to ‘make’ it soft.

We cannot force our minds and bodies into peace!

Be kind and gift your busy mind the wonder of presence.

Notice yourself.

Observe your mind,

your breathing,

your feelings.

You don’t have to do anymore than that I promise.

Continued, daily practice of paying attention,

quiet, focussed observation,

is all you need to do.

The rest will follow.

All those good things like joy and peace…

Just by breathing.

And noticing.
